Is getting stronger for the spring/summer season:

  • List to sales price average for SFR has jumped from 100% to 105% in one month.

  • List to sales prices average for Condos/Townhomes has jumped from 99% to under 101%.

  • Inventory for SFR remains low as sales have increased subtly.

  • Meanwhile, Condos/Townhomes inventory is more abundant relative to what has sold.

  • Median Prices for SFR are improving, however still fall behind 2022 peak prices.

  • Median Prices for Condos/Townhomes are improving as well, however are at a slower rate than SFR and behind 2022 peak values.
